DGMA Associates are retired and former intelligence officers from the FBI, CIA, Department of State, Department of Justice, Department of Defense, US Army, US Navy, Canadian RCMP and Russian KGB as well as intelligence historians. They are counterintelligence, intelligence, counterterrorism and security experts who have years of experience and study in these disciplines. David Major, President
First Director of Counterintelligence, Intelligence and Security Programs at the National Security Council at the White House. Senior FBI Supervisory Special Agent. Retired after 24 years with the FBI in the discipline of counterintelligence. Major is also a core professor.
Connie Huff Allen, Vice President for Training and Education
Senior Instructor and Counterintelligence Special Agent in the US Army. Retired with 25 years in the US Army. Allen is also a core professor.

Eric Major
President and CEO of K2M, a Virginia-based, multi-million dollar Biotechnology Company he co-founded which develops and commercializes next-generation technologies designed to help treat spinal deformities. He previously was the President and CEO of American OsteoMedix, another company he co-founded. Major is a regular guest lecturer to Business programs at Columbia, James Madison University and Penn State University on the topic of entrepreneurship and strategic business development.
John L. Martin, Esq.
Chief of Internal Security for the US Justice Department. Supervised the successful prosecutions of 76 accused spies. The spy cases included the indictments of the first CIA officer and the first FBI agent for spying on behalf of Russia and the first cases ever brought against US citizens for spying on behalf of China and Israel. In 1985/86, he obtained the release of 30 political prisoners and their families from the Soviet Union and Eastern bloc countries, including Russian dissident Anatoli Shcharansky. Retired with 26 years with the Justice Department.
Raymond A. Mislock
Served as a senior counterintelligence executive in the FBI, including Director of Counterintelligence, Intelligence and Security Programs at the National Security Council at the White House. Following a 25 year Bureau career, he served as the Director of CIA Security and Special Assistant to the DCI for Security Policy. He is currently Director of Corporate Security for the DuPont Company and a Board Member and current President of the International Security Management Association.
E. Alan Platt
Served 25 years with the CIA as an operations officer, chief of station and senior CIA executive. He was the Deputy Chief of the CIA’s Counterintelligence Center during the investigation and arrest of the spy Jim Nicholson, and he oversaw the enhancement of the counterintelligence program at the CIA. Platt is currently with SCITOR Corporation.
Jack C. Platt
Served 25 years in the CIA as an operations officer with extensive information collection and counterintelligence background in a variety of assignments overseas and was awarded the CIA’s Career Intelligence Medal. He directed a CIA training program which prepared Agency officers and their families to live and work productively in hostile countries. Platt is the Vice President of Hamilton Trading Group which provides instruction on surveillance, surveillance detection, and counterterrorism measures to the government and private sector.
Michael J. Waguespack
Served as a senior counterintelligence executive in the FBI, including Director of Counterintelligence, Intelligence and Security Programs at the National Security Council at the White House, the first Director of the National Counterintelligence Center, and the Director of Counterintelligence at the Department of Energy.

Ray Semko, The “D*I*C*E MAN”
Creator of the Defensive Information to Counter Espionage briefings in 1988 for the Defense Intelligence Agency, Semko had been a counterintelligence agent for the US Army. He served in the government for over 30 years.
