COURSES

The primary mission of DGMA is to provides dynamic, in-depth and relevant education, training and products on counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and security. Our programs are designed to enhance your organization’s mission and to protect your information, facilities and personnel from global terrorists, foreign intelligence collectors and competitor threats. Our five core competencies are:

COUNTERINTELLIGENCE STRATEGY AND TACTICS
DGMA's extensive education and training programs are designed to change organizational understanding and commitment to the strategic and tactical importance of counterintelligence to enhance successful mission accomplishment. Our courses provide insight into both the strategic importance and the tactical application of counterintelligence. Course material highlights the historical and future consequences of ignoring and mismanaging counterintelligence programs. Our expertise lies in providing education programs on defensive and offensive counterintelligence, and specific foreign country intelligence and counterintelligence operations directed against the United States, as well as lessons learned from high profile espionage cases. We provide CI education programs on tactics, strategy, country specific concerns, case studies and high and low profile espionage cases.

SECURITY AND OPSEC AWARENESS
Security Awareness and Operations Security (OPSEC) are generally regarded as not only a methodology, but also a mindset. Our goal is to increase your employees’ awareness of threats from espionage, active measures/operational games and terrorism, as well as to enhance their understanding of OPSEC, INFOSEC, and personnel security. Our courses have value not only for U.S. Government employees, but also for government contractors, law enforcement officers and corporate employees.

UNDERSTANDING TERRORISM: ROOTS OF THE CONFLICT AND PRACTICAL RESPONSE
Since the terrorist attacks of 9/11 Americans both within the government and the private sector have been asking the profound question of “Why.” Why were we attacked? Why are we so hated? Why was a war declared against us? The United States and other nations are faced with an enemy that is neither understood nor acknowledged as a real threat by elements of various societies. We have numerous courses designed to enhance understanding of terrorism at both the strategic and tactical levels. Our professors explore with students the roots of the worldwide Jihadist movement; the trends of the conflict today; the reason for the spread of suicide bombers; and how to protect personnel, programs and facilities. They also explore the positive role offensive counterintelligence, analysis and education must play in addressing the serious realities our nation faces.

ECONOMIC ESPIONAGE PROTECTION
Economic espionage, by both foreign nations and competitors,is a crime against your company that you can’t afford to ignore. In today’s competitive global market, it is vital for your job security and your organization’s survival to have an understanding of the collection techniques used to target both you and your assets. Today’s global economy demands that corporations must plan, operate, hire, produce, market and sell on a worldwide scale. A challenge is to find an effective mechanism to ensure employees from diverse cultures and religious beliefs living in nations around the world are supportive and loyal to their corporate mission. DGMA has solutions to meet this challenge.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SAFETY
In today’s international marketplace, worldwide travel is an essential and absolute requirement for corporate, government and military personnel. U.S. personnel who travel internationally for personal and professional reasons face an enhanced threat from foreign intelligence collectors, unscrupulous business competitors and terrorists driven by many ideologies and objectives. DGMA provides practical information and usable tactics to assist the global traveler. Our programs cover pre-travel planning, arrival procedures and strategies to lower individual profiles while in travel status. Included in these seminars are strategies to recognize recruitment and elicitation operations, technical collection operations to assess travelers and/or compromise their information, and criminal/terrorist pre-attack profile recognition.
